Here we go – cold and flu season again. And what a blast with coronavirus this year! We are all encouraged to stay inside and take care of ourselves, helping our immune system to fight the nasty virus. Yes, plenty of sleep and healthy food do help. But if it doesn’t sound like fun, here are the ways you can make it more pleasant and relaxing. Those anti-viral natural remedies will make you feel warm and take care of you in the most pleasant ways.
One of them is using a diffuser. Put on a diffuser with anti-viral blends of essential oils. Most diffusers will humidify the air, which is a great way to keep your airway from dryness. Also, the splendid aromas of lavender, geranium, and eucalyptus will calm your headache, help you to breathe easily, and energize you. Put those miracle workers into your diffuser and relax.
